Cal Pacific Truck Center reserves the right, at any time, to modify, amend, alter, or update these terms of use, and it is agreed to be bound by such modifications, amendments, alterations, or updates. Proper service and repair procedures are vital to the safe, reliable operations of all motor vehicles and equipment. Standard safety procedures and precautions should always be followed to eliminate the possibility of personal injury or improper service which could damage the parts, vehicle, or compromise its safety.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Cal Pacific Truck Center be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or any other damages whatsoever. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall CPTC be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the information, materials, or products contained in or purchased from CPTC. Further, CPTC shall have no liability or responsibility for any delay in the delivery, installation, or use of the products, as well as the service life of the products, performance, applicability for the use intended, proper installation, or the accuracy of information provided.

WARRANTY:

Product warranties are limited to those offered by product manufacturers. Seller provides no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for intended use. Seller neither assumes, nor authorizes any party to assume on its behalf, any liability associated with the sale of manufactured products.

SPECIAL ORDER PARTS: We will notify you when special-ordered parts have been received. Deposits on special-ordered parts will be forfeited if you fail to pick-up your order within 10 business days of our notification. At that time, we will initiate a return to the supplier and invoice you for any return costs in excess of your deposit.

RETURN POLICY:

Returnable new products and dirty cores may be returned within 30 days of purchase, if accompanied with an invoice copy. Nonreturnable items include: used parts, parts without original packaging, electrical parts, special orders, and opened kits/sets. A restocking fee of 25 % will be charged on parts accepted for return. Core credits will not be issued until after an inspection for damaged or missing components; fees for poor condition may apply.
